Who we are

This website (dtroth.fit) is run by DT Roth and Team Raw Aesthetics ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or fill out the coaching form, why we collect it, and your choices.

What we collect

Contact details: your first and last name, email address and phone number.

Your coaching form answers: age, height and weight, goals, eating habits, food allergies, training and cardio, supplements and medications, hormone use, medical issues or previous injuries, schedule, competition history and anything else you choose to tell us.

Progress photos you upload.

Your acceptance of the coaching contract, with the date and time.

Site usage: pages viewed, buttons clicked, video plays, form steps reached, and the ad campaign details in the link you arrived from (UTM tags). This is tied to a random session ID, not your name, until you submit the form.

While you fill out the form, your answers are saved in your own browser so you do not lose progress. They are cleared from your browser when you submit.

How we use it

To review your application, contact you, prepare your coaching program and book your consultation call.

To understand which pages and ads bring people to the site and where the form can be improved.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your health answers or photos for advertising. The home page uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits from our ads. The coaching form has no advertising pixels or trackers.

To measure which ads work, we tell Meta when you submit the coaching form, book a call or become a client (with the amount paid). We send your email, phone and name only in scrambled (hashed) form, plus Meta's ad click code. Your health answers and photos are never sent to Meta.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the site for us: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (secure database and private photo storage), Resend (sends your submitted form to DT by email), Calendly (booking your call, under Calendly's own privacy policy) and Meta (ad measurement, as described above).

If you choose hormone optimization on the form, you are sent to Regener8's website. Anything you enter there is covered by Regener8's privacy policy, not this one.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How we protect it

Your answers and photos are stored in a private database and private storage that the public cannot access. Only DT and the people who help run his coaching business can view them.

Team Raw Aesthetics is a coaching service, not a medical provider. Please do not send information you are not comfortable sharing with a coach.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to coach you or respond to you, and as needed for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's privacy laws, and we will honor them.

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
